We officially fail with this Daily News thing. We apologize. Its been an extremely unexpectedly busy Holiday season for all of us and as much as we love doing the magazine, updates, keeping you all up to date on the latest in Country news, we did have to consider our family and other obligations for a short while. HOWEVER - we are not going anywhere and will continue to provide you all with our free magazine as well as resume with keeping you up date with daily tidbits from the world of Nashville! First things first, our January issue will be available for free download on January 11, (visit January's page, link to your left, for further details on that,) and we are revamping our 'Guide To CMA Fest' and will have all of that detailed information out to you within a few weeks - Yay! Stay tuned and thanks for being patient with us during our Holiday Hiatus!

The Music Video for Billy Ray Cyrus' new Song "We'll Get By Somehow (We Always Do)" From his new movie Christmas in Canaan premiers December 12th at 8:00 P.M Eastern Time on The Hallmark Channel. This should be interesting!
Who's excited for Lady A's sophomore album "Need You Now?" Release date is set for January 26, 2010! If you haven't checked out their amazing first single from the album, (Same title as the album) do so ASAP its phenominal!

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban attended an event to support Women’s Cancer Program at Stanford. Nicole's mother is a breast cancer survivor.
We hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving and a good 'Black Friday' whether they braved the mobs at stores or stayed home with food-coma!

Sugarland will be on Oprah Monday, November 30 to promote their holiday album "Gold And Green." Have you heard it yet, its pretty amazing! Then again a lot of the Country Christmas albums are! Also, we added a cover of Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" to our music page, go check it out!

We fail for not posting news yesterday, we're really sorry! :-/ But hey - the ACM's were amazing! Gloriana won their award and Taylor Swift dominated with FIVE WINS, unfortunately being in London "Fundon" right now she was unable to attend but she still cried!

We hear that Faith Hill and her manager, Gary Borman, have parted ways! Wonder what happened there? Oh well, at least it sounds drama-free! "We love each other like a sister and a brother but have made the difficult choice to dissolve our professional relationship," Faith says.

Julianne Hough will not be returning to 'Dancing With The Stars' next season, boo! The next single off of Carrie Underwood's new album "Play On" will be 'Temporary Home.' Beautiful song, but sad! Also - Taylor Swift will be launching her own Greeting Card Line. Taylor says, "My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards. I've always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience. Taylor's greeing cards will be available Spring 2010. We can't wait!
Also : News about our album! We're excited to announce that we have the privilege of having our album produced by Grammy-winning producer Matt Shaw! The next few months we'll really be hitting the grinder with this and we're aiming for a release date in Feb. We'll keep you posted!

Checked the Billboards today, Carrie Underwood's "Play On" still number one with "Fearless" right behind it! Also in the top ten Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert. Fun fact : Lady Antebellum got their name while doing a photoshoot in front of old Antebellum houses and randomly put 'Lady' in front of 'Antebellum.' Random band names FTW!

First we wanted to express our appreciation of the support we've been receiving over the recent plagerism issue and rest assured, we take things like this seriously and are persuing legal action. We will put the FREE download of our Guide to CMA Fest back up once the matter is resolved, thank you for your patience!
Chuck and Julianne finally commented on the rumors of their split, saying that they've been busy with their careers and they're just taking a break but that they're still good friends and are writing together. HUGE wins at the CMA awards yesterday, Lady Antebellum winning Group of the year, Sugarland winning Duo of the year, but the most amazing wins were the four awards Taylor Swift took home INCLUDING Entertainer Of The Year - first female to win this award since Shania Twain in 1999! On on the one-year anniversary of the release of 'Fearless'! How did she celebrate? Cereal party at home with her parents. She was also presented with International Artist Achievement Award backstage by Brooks and Dunn. Congrats Taylor, it was definitely your night to shine!

Released today : Dolly Parton - Dolly: Dolly Live From London! The two-CD/DVD set from Dolly Parton was culled from two shows she performed at the 02 arena in London in 2008.
